Favorite Exercise: a tie between the squat and the trap-bar deadlift. those movements represent real, usable strength. They build a foundation that keeps people capable and independent as they age.
Best PArt of Training: The best part of training clients is the connection. At its core, personal training is very simple: two people moving through basic human patterns with resistance. But inside that simplicity, real trust gets built…I believe one-on-one training isn’t just about changing someone’s body—it’s about helping shift their mindset and confidence.
