Body By Ford Personal Training in New Orleans is the premier personal training studio in New Orleans. Specializing in weight loss, muscle-building, and body transformation, Body By Ford houses the best trainers in the city in a state of the art, brand New facility.

Ford’s love of fitness began as a teenager while under the mentorship of members of his YMCA in his hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. This love of fitness traveled with him to his alma mater, Yale University, where he discovered the joy of training others while obtaining a Political Science degree.

While working as an educator in New Orleans for eight years, Ford was locally and nationally awarded for his accomplishments teaching in the classroom, coaching on the sports field, and training and mentoring young athletes in the weight room.

A natural motivator with an extreme desire to help others conquer their goals, Ford decided to follow his passion by starting a personal training career in New Orleans and launching his own business, Body By Ford Personal Training.

After establishing itself as the premier personal training studio of New Orleans, Ford decided to expand his team, and the BXF team now consists of four of New Orleans' most highly accomplished fitness trainers -- Ford Stevens, Allison Post, Rosie Nowhitney, and Keith Gross.

With decades of experience training clients of varying fitness levels — from competitive athletes to those who have never worked out before — the BXF team will ensure that you receive a highly-personalized training program to help you reach your fitness goals and perform at your maximum potential.
