TIRED OF GROUP TRAINING WHERE YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER IN A LARGE GROUP?

Find out what seperates BXF fitness from the rest…

TIRED OF RUNNING AND ROWING ALL DAY? CHANGE YOUR BODY AND GET STRONGER BY EMPHASIZING RESISTANCE TRAINING.

RESISTANCE TRAINING FOCUS

While other group training classes emphasize cardio, Body By Ford training emphasizes weight training and getting stronger.

Why is resistance training what you should be prioritizing? Lifting weights is the best way to build muscle, get stronger, and shape your body. Want to move better, improve your posture, and be ready to take on all life throws at you? Prioritize strength training.

Cardio will increase your fitness. Resistance training will change how you look. If you want to change your body composition once and for all, check out BXF group training instead of other cardio-heavy group classes.

WAnt to stay injury-free? You need a trainer to watch you and give feedback. Most group training options fAil here.

TRAINER TO TRAINEE RATIO

Go to most group fitness classes and what do you see? Lots of people working out and not much feedback taking place.

Body By Ford offers something not currently on the market — smaller-sized training groups (max of 8 clients) with an emphasis on progressive overload (getting gradually stronger over time). Not only will you get stronger under the watchful eye of an invested trainer, you will also learn proper form and build muscle memory that you can use in your own personal workouts outside of BXF.

Don’t settle for group classes of 20-30, when smaller BXF classes allow for more feedback, faster progress, and a safer workout. BXF prioritizes each client as an individual, rather than shoving as many people as possible into a cluttered workout space and hoping for the best.

WANT TO STAY SAFE WHILE GETTING STRONGER? HAVE SMART GOALS, TRACK PROGRESS TOWARD THEM, and adjust when DATA PROVES IT’S necessary.

PROGRESS MONITORING

Most group classes offer no progress monitoring, and the ones that do often only emphasize cardiovascular fitness. Although cardiovascular fitness has health benefits, it is not going to help you build muscle, gain strength, and transform your body.

Resistance training in a group setting is best done under the supervision of trainers who are dialed into your current abilities and progression. BXF group trainers make sure you’re using proper form, lifting with correct tempo, and making progress over time.

Due to our smaller class sizes, Body By Ford trainers can help ensure their clients are getting stronger in a safe manner using progressive overload.
